Grief is tremendous, but love is bigger.
It is better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all.
Someone’s outer appearance is insignificant compared to their inner strength and beauty. Looks fade, but a brave heart never falters.

Beating ourselves up over decisions we ‘should’ have made only gives you a headache. Stop. Just start making better decisions.
Running is not just good for my body, but it’s essential for my sanity.
