Instead of trying to take on too many things at once, why not set a single goal for each area of our lives, which makes things far more manageable.

We need to make a commitment to 1-3 things that we want above all other things. Stretch goals are the best goals – make them just beyond your reach, but not so far you have no hope of ever reaching them.
