I’ve been talking about business models A LOT recently.

I spent years thinking that the way to scale my business was to constantly add new product lines.

We here all the time that ‘Millionaires have multiple streams of income’ so surely that’s what you must do to get there?

Nope. You must simplify to amplify.

Yes you should build out multiple streams of income ... AFTER you’ve built rock solid foundations, not before.

This doesn’t mean that you should ONLY have a membership or a live program BUT it does mean that your CONTENT should be similar until you’ve nailed it.

When your time is diluted, so is your focus ... and your results.

I’ve failed nearly as many times as I’ve succeeded.

I fall 8 times, I get back up 9.

I learnt this early on working with Supermiddleweight boxing champion Chris Eubank ... and I never forgot it.

It’s so easy to sit on the outside looking in, judging ... but the victory will only ever go to the man or woman IN the ring ...
